Personal Development

A space to help you grow in self-love, master your mindset, and manifest the life you deserve through daily motivation and positive habits.

It’s easy to let your mind run laps right before bed — replaying tomorrow’s to-do list, the money question you haven’t figured out, the person you’re worried about. If your brain does its best worrying at 10pm, you’re not alone, friend.

Tonight I want to hand you something better than another lap around that same worry.

You were never meant to carry it alone.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:6-7)

Notice it doesn’t say pray and the problem disappears. It says pray, and the peace shows up — a peace that doesn’t even need the situation to make sense yet. That’s the trade God’s offering you tonight. Not answers. Peace.

“When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.” (Proverbs 3:24)

A simple trade before you close your eyes

  • Name the specific thing your mind keeps circling back to.
  • Say it to God plainly — no fancy words needed. “Here’s what I’m carrying. I’m handing it to You.”
  • Thank Him for one thing, even a small one, from today.

The worry will still be there in the morning if it needs to be dealt with — but it doesn’t need to sit on your chest tonight. Trade it for a prayer, and let sleep actually be sweet.

With so much love, Momma J 🤍
